About the role

We are currently looking to hire energetic BDMs. This position is an integral part of our sales engine. BDMs are focused on the front end of the sales cycle and are the face of PDV Technocrats Pvt Ltd. The BDM team is responsible for identifying opportunities and generating a sales pipeline. This role is based out of Kothrud, Pune.

We are looking for the BDMs for Cloud services, Data Analytics, Product development services, and Commerce projects.

Note –Selected candidates will have to work from the office.

Candidate requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 3 – 7 years of Sales experience in Software Sales for customers in the USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, Singapore
  • Should have a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Should have excellent connections at CxO and Director Levels.
  • Determine, advise, and close software sales agreements with the company
  • Assist sales through calls and web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.
  • Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Manage the industry’s competitive knowledge to leverage the sales cycle.

Maintain the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market.
  • Do rigorous research on assigned accounts, and build an effective sales pipeline.
  • Be the face of the PDV team and pitch the company and our products to the prospects.
  • Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.

Location & commitments

  • Office Location: Kothrud, Pune, 411029.
  • Permanent Full-time
  • Week offs: Sunday, 2nd and 4th Saturday
